Berman DeValerio landed the opening salvo in City of Brockton Retirement System v. Avon Products, Inc., No. 1:11-cv-04665 (S.D.N.Y.) (Gardephe, J.). Wolf Popper and Motley Rice followed suit, the latter with the largest financial interest–by far.
